Default 97 civic b18 swap lumpy idle

every once in a while when i initially start my car it idles around 500rpm and is very lumpy almost as if i was down a cylinder. giving the car gas will correct the problem but without giving it gas it just sputters and dies.

so far i have cleaned my tb, iacv, fitv checked ignition timing replaced cap rotor plugs and wires. No engine codes, good gas mileage, and generally well working b18b.

i recently checked my tps sensor and noticed that instead of the proper values of .5V closed 4.5V WOT im measuring .2V closed to 6V WOT, could this be the problem.

any advice or least a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

Have you tried to calibrate the TPS output voltage closer to spec? Loosen the screws and position the sensor to read about 0.5V at closed throttle. What is then the reading at WOT?

i was using a junk multimeter from work when i checked the tps voltages, later that night i reachecked with my good meter and found that tps specs were bang on.
