i've honestly never heard of them, plus theyre just adjustable springs. Its not like a full coilover kit. I've been told just go with Ground Control coilovers if you dont wanna blow a good bit on full coilovers. just my opinion though.

They aren't full coilovers, they're sleeves, and do you honestly need anyone's input to know that coilovers for $130 is a crap deal? LOL
They're ebay garbage which are just featured on another site. Scrape together some pennies and buy something worth the money. Ground Control are good sleeves. Make sure they're the right ones when you order them. They are application specific, regardless of year.
Just like It Wasn't Me said, they are sleeves. Shitty sleeves like these (without precise spring rates, etc) can be found on ebay for as low as $50.
GC sleeves are good. when combined with good shocks.
AKA
KYB AGX
TOKIKO D-spec or Illumina
etc

If you want full cheap coilovers you can go Racelands, they make for EP3s which bolt up cars from 03-05 just fine, 01-02 will need reducer washers. They ride soft and ride low, okay for daily driving only. Need regular maintenance though, general consensus I've seen you get what you pay for.

KYB's are absolute GARBAGE. You'd be better off running GC sleeves on stock shocks. Seriously.
The only thing I've run GCs on is Konis, but I did alot of track time on that setup. I've heard good things about Tokiko, but don't have any experience with them.
I ran KYBs with an Eibach Pro-Kit spring (bout 1/2 inch drop, pretty similar spring rate to OEM) and they were completely destroyed... literally destroyed (each in a very different way, interestingly) within a few months.
