Ok here's my problem.

I recently put a ls/vtec swap in my si. Everytime I fill up the tank with gas my car hesitates to start. I crank it for a good 5 secs but nothin. It takes me like 3 times then it will eventually fires up. I've changed the spark plugs, wires, checked the fuel pump screen in the tank, changed fuel filter. I need help with this!!!

 

Have you checked the cap and rotor?
