Default front upper shock rubber bushing shifted!!

I noticed that the upper rubber mount shifted out of the base.

Can anyone think of how this could have happened? It's only happening on the passenger side and I have less than 5,000 miles on my new suspension.

Tokico Illumina's with ITR spec H&R sport springs.

I'm planning on taking off my shock assembly this weekend, but thought I'd get someone's opinion first on why this is happening.

it was torqued properly under load from specs from Helms manual.

either way, i'm going to have to take it off and see what the hell is going on. i know too tight isn't good, but there's no way i did it too loose.

I have used a few different shocks, and all has several threads above the not. I have not had those. Someone with Illuminas can chime in. I would guess that slight backing off of the nut, and unweighting with a jack will allow you to shift it back in.
