Template for 96-98 Rear Lip?

Template for 96-98 Rear Lip?
I am wondering if anyone has the template, or has a copy, and can scan it please?
I'm trying to mount the OEM 96-98 rear lip onto the Civic bumper but no matter what I do, there is a small gap. I need the template to make sure that I'm drilling in the right place that I'm supposed to.
