I've searched ma b*llz off cant find anythin, but anyways just installed a spectre cold-air today and there was a small solenoid with vacuum lines & an intake feed including a butterfly valve on the bottom of the air cleaner tube. Sorry if its newbish but i just left the pigtail and vacuum lines loose, no problems so far but im just curious, what is this module for? BTW: 94 F22b1

 

That is part of the intake air resonator control system. You can remove it completely if you want. Just make sure to plug any vacuum lines/ports if you remove anything like solenoids or diaphragms.

It was Honda's way of tuning/removing the noise given off by the intake.
