Default Mean wheel hop problem

Ok i bougth a 90 crx si a while back. I parked it and its been sitting for a few months. I got it running last weekend. Problem is the wheel hop is so bad on take off its almost hard to drive. I mean its to the point where i cant even take off above 1500 rms or it feels like im stomping on the gas. Its only on the passenger side. If i can remember right the kid said the control arm is bad. but i looked at it and it looks okay. Motor mounts are in good shape. So i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or has had this happend before. I drove back to my appartment and theres no working on cars here. only at my school so time is kinda limited. I wanted to take some suggestions before taking stuff apart and replacing the control arm and bushings and such. Thanks for your time.

i have another si that the mounts are so bad that when you shift or hit the breaks the shifter moves like crazy, and that one takes off just fine. But i will check again tomorrow. and the shocks. thanks for the reply.

so I looked in the haynes manual that the kid gave me. the section about tighting the tortion nut to lower the car is highlighted. so I suppose when I get home im gonna loosen them up a little bit so it rides higher. ill check the axle too. but if I remember right the pass side is the drive side so the car would really go anywhere if it was unhooked. but it sqeeks when I take off so I have a feeling its something to do with the axle. thanks for the responses.
