AWD Honda Challenge car?
not quite there.. why hasn't anyone used one? it's not full time 4wd.. just when the front wheels begin to slip.. what does this mean? in the past, when someone has modded one of these, the fron wheels begin to slip in a HARD launch.. center diff kicks in.. center diff explodes due to too much power.. because the "center" diff is in the transmission itself, and NOT in the center, it takes out the rest of the transmission.. what does this mean? one HELL of a repair bill... now, if you could weld the center diff together, that might change a few things.
i know ive seen pictures of one of those wagons on either HC or NASA gallerys, a white one w/ anthracite K1's and a b16. dont know if they used the 4wd though.
The Rosen #37 Wagon is Type-R powered.
Honda also made a ZC powered G3 4WD Integra. Xi 4WD, 4 door only. There are 4WD versions of the Accord, all the small city cars have 4WD versions, etc. Honda has a good bit of 4WD experience.

Hondas 4WD system sucks nuts. The gearing stinks, it is weak, it is oddball **** that nothing else bolts to, there is NO aftermarket support for the driveline/suspension, it is heavy and being that it is 4WD and not AWD there is little to no advantage with it.
