ECHC #88 Reduced.
I know.. I'm shameless.
I've had a LOT of interest but no cash buyers yet.
The last guy backed out........ "wife won't let me buy it!"
Poor bastard! - Need I say more.
Post VIR, take off my hands there. VIR price:
3900.00.
YES. 3900.00!!! ( e-mail or IM for details and spares)
This is how much I really don't want to drive my new car home 500 miles from VIR.
Thanks
John
- who has promised his 'wonderful wife' he would start reducing the number of toys he owns.

Somebody needs to buy this car. I've seen it a lot of times now, and it's got the following going for it:
1. It's a great H5 car
2. It's cheap
3. It's beautifully maintained and has all the "right stuff" done
4. I want to keep it in the family
5. Spare parts
6. It's meticulously prepared for Honda Challenge. Built to the letter of the law by a guy who genuinely cares about the series.
Seriously, you're not gonna do much better than this car for an entry level racer. All those of you building cars (or thinking about doing so) on the east coast should punt NOW and buy this.

Somebody tell Oscar to sell one of his street cars and buy this so he'll get on track with us next year!
This is sho one purty car and well worth the price IM*NS*HO.
And FYI, guys, you keep making concessions to the wives and see where you wind up. 3 - 5 kids, working 24/7, WATCHING racing on TV ( when allowed ), getting fat and ugly....Get a decent male role model will ya? Listen to some Delbert McClinton, watch some old Eastwod movies fer chrissake, get a testosterone injection...
Man, the last time a woman tried to p****whip me, I turned her yardstick into rulers and her switch into toothpicks... Sorry, mom!
Hmmmm...where's the icon for "tongue- in cheek" ? Back off Diane, I'm just kidding... Sorta....

good luck with the sale of the car, it was my favorite one to watch in the Charlotte H-C race. if only i had 3 things, i would get the car. 1 is skill, 2 is money, and 3 a desire to do wheel to wheel racing (i dont have the right mindset to be a racer, too much of a second guesser)

I see the sticker but does it have an SCCA logbook, John? Have you listed it at improvedtouring.com? There always seems to be someone on the forums there asking about how to get started "for cheap"...
Kirk
Edit - checked your site again and answered my first question. Hey! It has an SCCA logbook!

If I was currently able to road race I would bring that baby back to Texas in a heartbeat... very nice car. Have you thought about putting an add in GRM?

JeffS............
Your killing me.......... You know that right!
If the car returns unsold from VIR it will return to the $4950.00 ( still cheap price) and be stored until sold.......
John- who is not happy with the massive $ loss.
