Lets get nitrous its own forum!
just hoping to get nitrous its own space so people can get answers from those that know best. also if you vote no, lets hear why you think it shouldnt have its own spot.
I voted no not because I don't dislike the jug but because it seems our brand doesn't have that many nitrous guys as other forms of forced induction. I personally would love to see more cars shooting gas but I don't.

Everytime I get on here the "Offical Nitrous" thread is the only place I can really see whats goin on with people here and nitrous. A nitrous sub-forum isnt really necessary needed, but it would be nice to have a place filled with good nitrous information to look if somebody was interested in it.
Lol the nitrous thread is great im not gonna lie, but some people dont really want to read through a ton of pages to find information ya know. I dont mind answering peoples questions but it does get kind of old answering the same ones over and over. If there was a nitrous sub forum then they could have access to the info they are looking for easier. I guess it doesnt really matter now that I think of it since its pretty simple to answer the questions people ask lol.
Exactly!

ahhh but nitrous isnt forced induction, its very similar in alot of ways, but its very different in alot of ways. i dont want to start the discussion of what exactly nitrous is and isnt, cuz that gets ridiculous. my point is that nitrous doesnt really fit into N/A and it doesnt really fit into FI.
I agree, the "official" thread has a decent amount of information, but it would be more beneficial if the information was indexed at least.

either way, there isnt enough if a demand for a nitrous sub forum.
I voted no. I feel that instead of nitrous having its own forum, maybe someone can make a nitrous facts section just like the forced induction facts section. Fill it with all the noob questions and answers and just basically the hard facts about spray. Just an idea
Regardless I think it would be a good idea since no2 tends to be a mix of FI and NA. The engine works close to an NA engine, but needs lots of the upgrades an FI engine does.
as a noobe that likes to ask qustion i was overwelmed withe reanding 200 pages be nice to have it split up
i voted yes...
and not just because i'm a juice head, but also as many said above. nitrous is'nt all motor, and it is'nt FI.
an all motor setup does not work ideal for spray, a forced induction build does'nt either.
a supercharger setup comes most close to it but without the belt and it does'nt have the luxery of positive pressure in the intake, it has to suck the charge in by it's own. so you can't go to low cr because then it won't suck in enough spray, intake charge get's saturated fast and it'll be a dog off spray.
a delicate balance between NA power and adding nitrous, for example:
get a typical stock sleeve 81x89mm, 9:1 CR, PRO1 FI build and spray it.
170whp NA + 200shot = 370whp (you'll need racegas)
get a typical stock sleeve 81x89mm, 13.5:1 CR, PRO2 NA build and spray it.
230whp NA + 140shot = 370whp (you'll need racegas and combustion chamber shape is far from ideal)
purpose nitrous build stock sleeve 81x87.2mm, 11ish CR, s2s2/m22/JUNIII n2o build
200+whp NA + 150shot = 350+whp on pump gas (and you can do up to 450whp on racegas)
so yeah, there comes alot in to play at this subject, and it's still in it's child shoes
