Default questions about a d16z6 boost build

okay i have a 91 honda crx si currently with a d16z6 in it now in which i just put in acouple of months ago but has a bottom end knock so i have 2 extra motors and one i want to build.

not to sure on which route to go with but i want to be pushing 30 psi on a garret 63mm turbo i just want it done right so i wont have to rebuild in a year or so... i was thinking instead of the vitara pistons having diamond make pistons for it and using eagle rods with bisimoto cams in the head...
my real question is what valves/springs/retainers should i use... because im not to sure... and any suggestions on what i should do. im looking for some were up to 600 hp and also need help on a good manifold or should i have one made ?
i will be starting build soon and posting pics as soon as i get most of the parts and i will be getting hondata s300 to tune the setup

look at exospeed for valvetrain and for a reliable long term motor you would need to get it sleeved also

the only reason i didnt mention sleeving it is because im on the edge.... speedfactory is running 32psi of boost i beleive on stock sleeve at 9.60's? my dad own a performance shop im new to imports but we have done many swaps at the shop... i already have a turbo its actually a 67mm turbo with 73 internals from my grand national. my dad swares up and down that as longs as the motor is kept cool we will not have to worry about sleeving it... i dont kno tho

32psi,help from dad, grand national 67mm turbo with 73mm internals,no need for sleeves unless the motor heats up= you really need to do more research and keep cool untill you are sure that you have the knowledge cause with the above said Iam sure your not!

I wouldnt say that you've compared yourself to them but you have used their setup as a justification of accomplishing what you want under the same circumstances. Not saying it's impossible but I really hope you either have ALOT of money or ALOT of knowlede. Since your questions are pretty basic i'm hoping you have lots of money. I would SERIOUSLY reccomend running a sleeved block as i'm guessing you dont want to **** 4-5K down the drain. When you're going to pour this much $$ and time into your motor just spend the extra $1k for ALOT of insurance and piece of mind
