Default toggle switch for turn signals?

ok i have a 91 ef hatch with a swapped d15b7 in it. my front signals doesnt work but the back signals do. so i checked to see if the bulbs were blowed and the wires are cut to them. so i would like to know which wires i should connect them to. if noboby knows can i just run a toggle switch to them?

also the windshield wippers doesnt work. just wondering when you change the connectors to obd0 to obd1 do you have to switch the wipper motor and connector?

Can't you just match up the wire colours? Where are they cut?
