HELP! CC twin disc damage.
So I was pulling my engine out to make room for my new build, and when I pulled the transmission off of the block, I saw a pretty ugly site. The pressure plate on my Competition Clutch twin disc has been scarred up, apparently by the clutch fork (thats the only other part that has any apparent marking). Now before anyone asks, I have clutch stops installed, but I guess there is a chance they were not set up properly, or the damage occured before they were adjusted. And yes, the clutch worked fine before pulling the engine out... My question is, is this damage simply cosmetic, or should I discontinue use of this pressure plate and contact the manufacturer?
Here are some pics of the damage.

Any help/input/suggestions are greatly appreciated...

It looks like it barely rubbed the anodizing off. The aluminum looks pretty intact and doesnt seem like thereºs any structural damage. But I can take it off your hands for 100 bux :D
Its likely that the rubbing occurred before the stop adjustment but I wouldnt take any chances when putting it back together. If that went on for long enough things would get ugly.
i would rethink your setup and check clearences(spell check?) of everything then reinstall, paint scarred area black again(for check purposes) drive then check again to see what made contact with what
I already know it was the clutch fork that made contact with the clutch hat, due to that being the only other part with this type of wear.... I will be checking and double checking all of the clearances, as well as the adjustment of the pedal stops once I reinstall everything...
