Tranny Fluid? when to change it?

Default Tranny Fluid? when to change it?

i had my Tranny oil (OEM tranny fluid) changed 10k miles ago. ever since, i been running and racing it all the time. When should i change it again? should i stick with OEM honda fluid or Redline?

OEM fluid and I would say change it every 30,000 that is what maual says but if you beet the hell out of it I would say 15000

I change mine every spring. But that's because there is only 5 months of summer here. If it was summer here 12 months of the year, I'd probably change it every 6 months.

Most people think that is overkill, I think tranny part prices are overkill
