Default 99SI......tranny

Got 99SI and do'n some maintenance on it...........close to 97,000 miles on it.

I've had the car since 41,000 miles........good idea to go ahead and change the tranny fluid? Tranny shifts fine etc, just the mileage was making me think about maintenance stuff since I'm approaching 100,000 miles.

I did some searching but kind of hit and miss and different trannys.........what fluid for my 99si tranny? Hit up Honda or is there some other that is recommended or what? Thanks!

I would certainly change the fluid. If the transmission is healthy, I would suggest Honda MTF.

I change my MTF every year, before the autocross/HPDE season starts. I guess that would be a good practice to change it every year or half a year if u can DIY.
