Either one, I think the gsr is 14mm (maybe 15) and si is 13mm.
I highly doubt you will feel a difference in the two.

Well the Si bar fits perfectly so that gets my vote. I would stay away from the Bloxs LCA's

Ok, I will try this. Assuming all similar except radius/diameter of the bar, the stiffness is, if I remember correctly, proportional to radius to the 4th power. From 13 to 14 mm diameter is about 7% larger radius. I believe that it comes out about 30% stiffer.

I think best LCA's are Function 7's. You can check availability for your EK.

the bloxs lca's have the location where you mount the sway bar up in the wrong spot you will need adjustable end links

Stick to OEM parts and model-specific bars.

If you're running an Si sway bar you don't need a subframe reinforcement.

Correct, in the sense of some aftermarket brace like ASR.

However behind the subframe mounting holes some reinforcement is needed as is stock on SI and EK4, and what purpose is served by the ASR 'backing plates'.
