Default leaning out at idle, and a bit in boost..help!

So at idle my EG idles it way right off the gauge on the wideband to the lean side. Just started to do it. When under moderate throttole it still sits in the 14's. Under boost it used to be 11.8-11.9 range now it is at 13.1 So far I have changed the filter and the line from the filter to the rail. I am gonna order a new 255lph pump tomorrow, any thing else it could be? Motor is a B18c1 t3/t4 peakboost kit. Skunk2 mani and ITR cams. Weisco's and Eagle rods. Other than that everything is OEM.

nope pump 94 octane. Its not just the wide band because it actually stalls once it leans out unless I give it gas. Checked the plugs and they dont look like they are running rich at all. Ordered a new pump today, I will update with my results in a couple days.

Did a boost leak test. Found that my BoV O ring had failed. fixed that , put a fuel pump in it and it still runs exactly the same. Help!

Is this thing tuned? If no, get a tune ASAP, if yes, get a retune.

been busy and played around wih it a bit. found the idle problem to be a bad TW sensor. I have also found that my leaness in boost is weird. If ECU sees the car as cold I have no leaness in boost at all, if the ECU sees that it is warm, then it leans out. So it is not problem with the fuelpump. injectors..etc . Any other idea's, another sensor that may be causing my leaning out problem? Also yes it is tuned by a quite reputable tuner in my area, he has tuned it for me before as well
