Default 1991 Accord serious problem?

My cousin has a 91-93 accord, he asked me to take a look at it, but I couldn't figure out the problem. It's running like $hit. First of all the engine is really shaky (from front to back), looked at the engine mounts and the rear one seems to be missing the insert. The car at idle sounds really bad too. But when I drove it (1st - 2nd gear), the car wouldn't pick up at all, even at full throttle. Seems like there is resistance somewhere, either not enough air, or not enough fuel coming in, restricting. But after about 20-30 mph or so, it'll pick up fine. This all happened after the car was towed for a out of town move.

Exaust noise sounds bad too, could it be that there's a leak in the exaust from the tow, losing back pressure? Please help, thanks.

What have you checked?

How is the air filter? How old is the fuel filter?

i haven't checked the air filter. I looked around and left it at that, haven't checked anything either. After the car was towed, this started happening.
