im doing the swap i have a f23 block and all the parts necessary.the f23 iron sleeves are a lil rusted due to the head being off would u guys recommend gettin it re-sleeved with some descent forged pistons. also i got a sohc vtec head for sale pm me for info.

 

Why would you resleeve it? Take it to a machine shop and see if it can just be honed. Worst case it'll need to be bored 86.25mm or maybe even 86.50mm. Then get the pistons of your choice and go for it

 

thanks for the info, i was just wondering cuz it was a lil rusted on the inside where it was exposed.once its starts to snow here in colo. in a few months im going to get started on it. itll give me time to get pistons and rods, head studs, etc.
