Default High Mileage F22b1...

I bought a '95, auto tranny CD5 in February, fully stock. I'm the 2nd owner, and it had a whopping 168,xxx miles... I threw some HGK plugs and wires in, got new OEM brakes (rotors and discs) all around, and a new timing belt. Now it's August, and I've got an eBay SRI and a Megan Racing N/A Type Cat-Back exhaust, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that this combo makes for one of the cleanest exhaust notes I've ever heard, all the way from idle to VTEC... but my question to you guys is, is this engine worth building? Taking the mileage into account? I mean it runs good, I pulled on a DSM the other day in a quick 1/4 mile with a rolling start. But is it worth the investment? Or should I just leave it the way it is and save up for something later?

LOL. Honda Accords are not race cars. Too funny. This one made me laugh!

That motor has plenty of life left.

If you plan on doing some major upgrades such as a turbo, then youll want to do a compression test and more than likely do a rebuild and upgrade parts while doing it.
