Yesterday I bought a 97 Accord and im having issues with my headlights..... the problem is that when i turn them on they all turn on like low beams and high beams at the same time but are all very dim and when i switch to the high beams the driver side lights shut off completely and only the passenger high beam turns on

 

Sounds like a ground problem. Voltage is back feeding through circuit. Check the ground wires in the front of the car around the lights and radiator support.
