so i chipped a perfectly working P28 for a friend of mine and everything went perfect. the ecu started up fine and ran great in my car as well as his. all of the sudden, the ecu decides it does want to turn on the main relay....WTF? at first i told my friend it had to be something with his car but we then tried the ecu on my car as well after cutting the jumper on j1 and sure enough the ecu crapped on me! so far ive replace capacitor c14 plus c15 and still the same thing...any other suggestions? the car will crank but you can clearly hear that the fuel pump or main relay never turn on.
