Default Question about tires fitting certain Rims

Hi, I new here but I have a question for you guys. My dad went out and bought me a brand new set of these Bridgestone Potenza RE 92's which measure Size: 195/55R15 for my EM1 as a gift since I bought the car. These tires are very expensive and wont be replaced for a long time so and right now they are mounted on the oem Si wheels. What I was wonder was can I buy new rims for example

(sorry for link)

and have the tires taken off the si's then mounted and balanced onto the Rota Flashbacks? Im not sure if those are the same size. I think they are but I would like some feedback. Also could anyone estimate how much this would cost in total with balancing?

Yes, they can be taken off one set of rims and mounted and balanced on another set. Tire shops and mechanics typically charge anywhere from $10 to $25 per wheel/tire (i.e. $40-100 for a set of four) to do this. The tire department at Walmart can do it at the low end of that price range.
