Rpm's Jumping, don't know what else to try.
Ok so my RPM's are still jumping, when they jump bad I lose all power sometimes and then out of no where the power sometimes kicks back in, and the dash lights go brighter and weaker as I push the gas. I've checked all the grounds I can find, replaced my ignitor module, then tried an entirely different distributor when that didn't, a known working distributor, no change, I don't understand what else could be the cause.

This is a look at the bay, I do have a tear in my timing belt, but didnt think this would cause it, were replacing it tomorrow. Also any suggestions on easiest way to change out the belt?

I definitely wouldn't drive the car at all until the timing belt is replaced, if it snaps your gonna fk up your motor. Your tach looks like it's moving all around but the rpms are stable from the sound of the vid, does the car sometimes die the second it fires up? If so could be the ignition switch going out, I had these symptoms when mine was, needles unstable, random loss of power to dash, etc.
Sorry half asleep and missed part of it, removing the power steering pump can make it a little easier and of course the side motor mount has to come out to change the timing belt.

I never loose power right away when it starts, I have horrible idle surge, the power loss usually occurs when i try to take it past 3k rpms, ever since i replaced the distributor my power loss hasn't occured until i hit 5500rpm when the vtec kicks in, and it doesnt do it every time, It has occasionally lost all power and shut off on me, sometimes hard to start after that happens.
Also, decided to just remove the engine entirely and check all my harness connections/grounds, while changing the timing belt, I've spent most of my free time in the last 2 weeks trying to figure out what the problem is, so i figured id go ahead and spend the 2 hours to remove it, check it, and another 3 hours to put it back in. Still lost as to why its doing this though.
