ok. I know vtec wiring questions are all over but I've searched and came up with nothing.

OK I had a h23 in my 92 prelude and I did the h22 swap with out any problems. oh and I bought the new engine from tigerJapanese.com so its a jdm engine not usdm. so it did not come with the oil pressure switch on the vtec solenoid. the thing is. I wanted to know if I need the pressure switch or if I can wire it how it is. and I have the usdm p13 ecu. but I am currently using my old p14 because I heard a little knocking when I had the p13 in

if vtec works with the p13 then it works and knocking has nothing to do with different ecu's

 

Vtec. Doesn't work at all because its not hooked up. Uhg
