you installed it inccorectly you need to loosen it a turn it back the other way. check it with a volt meter it should be under 1 volt. like 4.5-.5 volts at idle check it with just the key turned on but not started.

Tried that and it read 4.7 volts. I saw the crack that is why I put the one on from the z6 throttlebody on. When I check the crack.....I saw that it went all the way thru the TPS. I connected all my coolent lines and vacuum lines. But I am also using a D16Y8 intake manifold. Now my car is reving at 3,000 rpms.

Ok I found out that I had a vacuum leak on my intake manifold I was using the wrong intake manifold gasket (I needed the one for a 99 to 2000 ex) now the when you start the car it goes up to 3000 and drops and goes up and down from a 1000 rpm to 1900 rpm the tps is good I can't figure this out.

You probably still have a vacuum or intake air leak.

you need to bleed coolant thru the head, there is a 12mm screw with a nipple on the end on the outlet for the coolant on the motor, once ur thermostat opens it will let bubbles, once u get a steady stream close the screw, must do it while running, that should fix ur problem senor
