They are essentially comparable, in terms of performance.
The key difference is in the volume of the combustion chambers, which will affect the compression ratio. Do some research on where you want to be for C/R, the pistons you want to use -- then look for which head best suits your needs. The intake manifolds are different, so if you have some specific parts which you need/want to use, that may also have an influence in your decision.
