Default Will it work correctly? 2000 motor - 95 car

I could really use a spare motor to rebuild since I dont have another car to pull my prelude off the road. I have a possible motor to buy but its from a 2000 Prelude and I have a 95. I know theres the problem of mine being OBD1 and the motor being OBD2, any other differences that may cause problems?

As long as you run the obd1 distributor, you should be fine. Putting the older engine into an obd2 car means swapping more parts out, due to where they changed a few of the sensors.
