Default OBD1 and OBD2 fuel injectors

What's the difference between OBD1 and OBD2 fuel injectors? (I just did some research while typing this, so I assume that its only the end clip that create a difference between the OBD1 and OBD2 injectors. Any other difference?) My main problem is that I have a ITR intake manifold with a b16 OBD1 fuel rail blocking off the IAT sensor. I need a new fuel rail to match with the intake manifold so my IAT sensor can get plugged in. Someone told me to simply get the ITR fuel rail and injectors, but I'm having trouble finding one. What about the GSR fuel rail + what injectors; OBD1 or OBD2? Or, what's the difference between the B16 series fuel rails, B18 series rails? Anyone selling an ITR fuel rail?

Never mind guys, just found this:

So, ANY 94+ Integra fuel rail and either OBD1 or OBD2 injectors will work.

Most of the OBD1 Injectors are peak/hold or Lz or low impedance injectors.

The OBD2 Injectors are saturated or Hz or high impedance injectors.

The Lz injectors require a resistor box to operate correctly, the Hz injectors do not.

The Lz injectors have a different connector than the Hz injectors. The most of the Hz Honda injectors use a connector that is specific to Hondas.
