vtec engaging issue

im having trouble with my vtec and cannot figureout the issue vtec engages and makes vtec crossover sound but doesnot pull as if vtec is kicked in can someone please give me suggestions thanks guys.

I got it working it was the fuel pressure what would u guys reccomend I. Set fuel pressure at its a b16a2 itr cams all boltons
