power window on the passenger side is not working!!!

Default power window on the passenger side is not working!!!

driver side and passenger side controls wouldn't move it. window has no response whatsoever.

HELP PLEASE

how??? i unhooked and rehooked the driver side main window controls and still no response on the passenger window.

Remove the door panel, disconnect the 2-pin connector, put 12v to one side and ground the other. The motor should activate. If it doesn't, replace it.

ok dumb question... how do i do that? use a 12v battery like ur testing christmas lights? i know i fail. i just wanna make sure i don't fukk anything up.

Yes.

It'd be pretty hard to mess it up. Depending on which terminals you connect the positive and negative to, the window will either go up or down.

I use a cordless drill battery. FYI: If you have to go to the junkyard it's usually the only kind they allow.

ok lemme get this straight.

i'm unplugging the 2 pin connector. then i use a 12v battery, connect 2 wires (+ and -) from the battery and connect that to one connector.... and then connect the other connector with one wire and ground it?

12v + - ....... ground

Dude.. seriously..

You're only going to be putting power to the wires that are connected directly to the power window motor.
Yes, + to one terminal and - to the other on the same connector attached to the end of the wires coming directly from the power window motor.
