Default WHERE DOES THE JUMPER HARNESS GO LOL

i feel like an idiot asking this but me and a friend are doing a b18b1 swap in my 89 ef and im confused about the obd1, obd2, jumper harness stuff.
? 1: does the jumper go from the body harness to the ecu or from the engine harness to the ecu?
? 2: and if the body harness is obd1 and the LS engine obd2 do you need a jumper harness from the body to the engine harness?
? 3: or do i just have to get a obd1 engine harness that connects to the obd1 body and then have the jumper to the obd2 P75?

im missing a link here please help :/
