Default How much more gain going from ITR to GSR engine?? Worth it???

I currently have a GSR swap in my 92 civic si hatch. I have swapped out the GSR tranny for a JDM SIR2 LSD tranny (same gearing as ITR) and i have 98 spec ITR cams in GSR enigne. I now have the opportunity to trade my GSR long block + $1200 (canadian dollar, around $800 USD) in for a ITR long block. The ITR does not come with the throttle body and intake manifold. A b16A intake manifold and throttle body will be used. I was wondering is it worth the upgrade? My GSR engine is a 94 JDM spec with 50K on it and the ITR engine is a USDM 97 with 40K. Keep in mind all i am getting is a ITR long block. No ECU, no tranny etc. Thanks.

Spend the 1200 on ITR cams, gears, hondata, and dyno tuning
