cable trans with aftermarket gears
Hey hows it goin ... I've got a couple of questions regarding cable transmissions and gears.
I've got a 90 integra with a fully built motor and a GT4088R (should make 700 hp or so). I've got the stock trans now but was looking at aftermarket gears and a billet case (the mfactory pro series syncro set specifically).
Will those gears work with a fully cable trans (not the 92-93 hydro/cable)? I've heard mixed reviews saying they will and won't

The MFactory Pro Series gears will not fit the 88-91 cable transmission. The "YS1" 1992-1993 uses the same type of gears as the hydro so they should fit in the cable YS1 cases.
