Codes 1,8,16 on 91 civic DPFI

Default Codes 1,8,16 on 91 civic DPFI

ok so i started my car today and it ran like crap. the second i would try to accelerate the car would die. so i pushed it back home (only 3 blocks away from home and didn't want to waste money on a tow). Tried to start it and it starts up but i got these 3 codes. Code 1,8,16. Code one is an oxygen sensor which i replaced two days ago. Code 8, which is TDC / crank sensor. and finally the epic code 16, injectors. If i try to rev up the engine, it will die but if i only softly hold the gas pedal then it will rev up. Also if i let the car roll on its own in drive, it will go up to like 15-25 mph and then die. The car is a 91 Civic sedan with a D15b2 Dpfi. Can someone please help me out cause i don't know what to do anymore.

give more info about the car. its a 91 dx?auto or 5spd? stock?

91 dx automatic and its bone stock with 149K miles

nope, it was running fine until today but i did get that code one a week ago so i just switch out the oxygen sensor

I am having the same problems with my 91 civic hatch. I have the D15 dpfi. Its a 5 speed, has no cat, has an after market msd ignition system, cold air intake, and hand made exhaust. I just resently replaced the fuel pump and filter. The injector ohm out within specs. I believe the o2 sensor is shot. Want to know if anyone has any ideas or maybe has had the same problem.

same issue here too, just happened last night. i have the same car 91 crx dx auto, codes 1, 8, 16. Can't press the gas too much or it bogs. I think the dizzy needs to be replaced, but im also thinking the timing belt might be an issue too, mine has a ton of deflection anyway
