you need to re-write this so that it makes sense to the reader, aka the person trying to help you.

sorry i was in a rush.basically what i was trying to say i bought this car and the wiring harness was a mess.no wires for vtec,o2,knock sensor, were hooked up.there were 2 male plugs for the o2 so i hard wired them together.i rigged up the wire to the knock sensor until i can get a plug.and i wired all of the vtec plugs in.i finally got a chance to check the codes and it is showing 6,14,and 21.my iac (one of the codes) is hooked up so im assuming i just need a new one (14 IAC (EACV) - idle air control valve).the water temp code (6 ECT - water temperature sensor) is on because one of the sensors has no plug going to it.i cannot find it on the harness any where.so i need to find were to wire it in and get a plug.and the last code (21 VTEC spool solenoid valve) i put power to the solenoid and it clicked.any ideas. i have no time to do research and every time i try to search it throws me a million links that have nothing to do with wat im asking or not the right info.

the temp gauge does work.i spent some time looking at the harness yesterday i didnt find any cut wires or anything.does anyone know where to start looking.by the way i was having a problem where it would have to crank like 8 times before it would start and i put the ect plug into the other sensor by the vtec solenoid and it went away. i though that was a little weird because correct me if im wrong but isnt that the fan activation sensor and other(by the thermostat) the main one.and i am know down to codes 6 and 14.is the iac off a d16a6 the same as a b16 one?
