my son was driving car and I think the battery shorted out , blew all the headlights and the ecu fuse , car turns over but wont start ..fuel pump doesnt appear to come on , i tested main relay wiring harness and it was ok , and i did a continuity check on the relay and it seemed ok , when i jumpered pins 5 and 7 on the relay wiring harness and turned ignition on the fuel pump came on ,i decided to replace relay and still have same problem , also when i turn ignition on the check engine light stays on , i was wondering if possibly the ecu had fried ..thanks for any help ..Barry
