Default Axle back designed for coupe fit on Hatch?

Buddy of mine has a 97 coupe that he's giving me his axle back N1 .

Will it easily bolt up to my stock 96' CX Hatch?

I want to know how much modding if any needs to be done for it to work.

Thanks

Will the hangers at least work? or will they also need to be relocated?

hatches are shorter so the exhaust will be too long, but with a welder and tape measure you can make it fit nicely
