I was able to get mine from here:

They ask you a TON of questions to verify that you're actually the legit owner of the car. You'll need the phone number/zip code that it was last sold under at a Honda dealer. Luckily, I actually bought my car from a Honda dealer, and remembered my old phone number and zip from 8 years ago. You'll also need the VIN and the radio serial number. Hopefully you'll have all of that information.
Needless to say, once I got the code, I wrote it on top of the radio with Sharpie marker.
