the ground is a yellow dimmed old looking box plastic that is screw into the engine bay. it has black wires only!!! mostly about 2 feet from the headlight. i had that problem and i had replaced the main harness thinking it was that. then i replaced the turn signal arm thinking it was it but then turns out it was a damn ground. take off the ground and get a flat head screwdriver rub it hard against the engine bay where it gets bolted on then do the same to it. if the light still dimmed out then i suggest bolting up the ground fuse to another hole location in the engine bay.
