Default Code 10 please help

I have a 99 civic hatch with a jdm b16a in it... im running a P28 chipped. my wiring is a obd2b wiring harness from a civic si... yesterday we did mounts because i broke my driver side one... there was no codes or anything wrong... when we were done changing the mounts out and puttin the new ones in. i turn the car on and code 10 came on. now i have researched and some people are saying that 10 is Code 10 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor
and some people are saying its the IAC sensor.... if it is the intake air temp that goes into the intake.... the weird thing about it is i NEVER had that plugged in and the car never threw that code so please help

code 10 = IAT sensor circuit

If it is not plugged in, do it now and then go from there.

The IAT sensor can be on the air intake of IM, depending on the engine. It has a 2-wire plug. Post pictures.

clear the ecu and see if it comes back, changing mounts wouldnt affect a sensor unless the plug got strecthed so far that the wire is not making a contact on the sensor even though it is plugged in, I have had that problem before, a sensor plugged in but the wire is strecthed beyond its limits that it seems normal until the wire comes out the plug after playing with it, check the wires arent loose in the plug, pull the ecu and hazard fueses and then start the car to make sure the code does not come up again, if not then weird.

Take a multi-meter to the IAT sensor plug wires and see if it's getting power - it probably isn't. You probably shorted out the harness or something when you changed out the mounts, probably pinched it or something.
