Default Rear disk swap cause heavy e brake?

Just completed a full brake system overhaul that included a rear disk conversion. The system has been bled etc. Now the e brake is really heavy. Is that the nature of the swap? Not sure how much slack I should adjust out.

adjust it until you feel comfortable with it
