EG with GSR brakes: retainer clip rubs
I have an EG with an Integra front brake swap. The previous owner did the swap. I have checked all the parts and they seem correct (the entire front knuckle, lca, etc. is from the Integra). I recently installed new pads and rotors, along with new retainer clips. Now, the retainer clips on the driver's side rub the outer edge of the rotor and makes a screeching noise as the wheel rotates. Passenger side is fine. It is almost like the caliper is a couple millimeters closer to the rotor than it should be. Nothing appears damaged or bent.
I'm not sure what else to check, any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Those clips are pretty flimsy, they could simply be bent outa shape enough to make contact with the rotor. I'd remove them and make sure they're identical to the originals and maybe see if you could bend them enough to avoid contact with the rotor. As far as the actual caliper being closer I don't know. You might check to see if it's seating properly against the knuckle. Same goes for the rotor. Make sure it's not sitting on the stubs of old broken retaining screws or something.
