on my 1999 4 cyl. vtec accord, the exterior door handle is stuck and help??

 

Dude, how is it stuck? I had a VW the door handle came out because the latch was corroded. Try spraying some WD-40 in the lacth, but if you feel ambitious take the door apart take the latch out and clean and oil it. If it's not the latch it could be you need a new door handle.

 

Sorry the interior door handle came out of my VW. You should probably take your door apart clean and oil the handle mechanism and latch. Good Luck

 

can you still open the door from the inside? if not you have a big job ahead of you.

 

How's the handle? Is it "stuck" meaning it won't move? Or "stuck" meaning it will move but won't open the door?

If you can still open the door, do that and remove the door panel. I'm afraid WD-40 is probably not going to help, there isn't a lot of friction of the metal parts with those door handles and latches.
