Recently my right rear turn signal light broke when i was changing out a bulb. I rigged it to work until i could fix it, but it only worked half the time. I made it to the junkyard and bought a new socket. The turn signals all work, but the hazard button does nothing. Any suggestions on what I may have done and what I can do to fix it?

 

i forgot to mention it is a 99 if that helps at all

 

Is 10A hood fuse 53 blown?

 

thank you!! the car didn't come with an owners manual, so i didn't know their was another fuse for the hazards..... i thought it would be the one under thee dash, so i checked all of those.... thank you again
