I have on my sol this hood and i am building h22 with top mount manifold, the turbo is going to be close to the hood.

someone know for sure if it is going to melt the hood?

yeah don't go carbon if the turbo is close..

 

are you sure? does turbo blanket will help? i dont have the original hood so i need you to help me with solution

 

If its going to be close your going to need a blanket and maybe ceremic coat the mani and DP.

A vis invader or Evo style hood has enough of a front buldge to keep the hood from the manifold. Also the vents will keep the temps down.

 

Yes i think you are right

The problem is not the manifold , it is the turbo that going to be close to the hood about 3-5cm from the hood.

which company turbo blanket and manifold wrap you suggest me to use?
