Im sure there might be a thread on this but im strapped for time at the moment.

I just want to know what you guys think are the best, affordable 6.5 speakers for an 98 Integra without having to do any type of mount or modification?

I saw some Alpine sps-600 for a cheap price......does anyone have these? Are they good?

I'm just afraid ill buy a set and then have to run out and get some kind of mount of mod for it, which I really don't want to have to do.

Headunit right now is an Alpine. But I might change that later one.

I dont want to spend more then $120 a pair.

 

u want something u can just drop it or an amped pair of components?

i'd go for the latter.

 

i like infinty quite a bit.

head down to cartoys or something and listen to some speakers that in your price range, and see what you like best.
Most cartoy's are able to do just headunit power and external amps.

 

Well right now I have a set of crap speakers and a sub and amp that arent working. The speakers are pretty bad and I just want to change out the speakers and mess with the sub later and see why thats not working. So right now just looking for a good deal on speakers.

 

Get some component speakers and amp them down the line.

i heard polk speakers out at circuit city before they shut down. they had really crisp highs and mids. don't knoe how much they run for but if i was gonna get a sub i would go for those as midrange speakers
