Default Does the ECU shut the cooling fans off

when you reach a certain speed driving? Temp is fine while idling in traffic I notice my car runs hotter while the car is moving between 30-50 MPH. It is ok going over 60. It is not overheating, but runs a little hotter than I like.

The fans are turned on/off via the fan switch. The fan switch is a temperature based switch, it has nothing to do with the ECU.
