Default Question about OBD1

ive read a couple threads and there is a lot of confusion about the JDM H22a swap into a 5gen. I still don't know what is all needed to do the OBD2 to OBD1 conversion.
i know you need an OBD1 ECU, OBD2a to OBD1 jumper harness, the Peak & Hold injecters, and obd1 resistor pack. Is there anything else needed to run OBD1?

Also, which would be the better option w/o burning a whole into my pocket?
A) should I replace all the parts and stay obd2. Swaping the oil pump with 2sensors, im etc.
B) Convert to obd1

Stick with OBD1. I had my motor built by King Motorsports and they took my 5th gen from 2 to 1 using Hondata. I forget the model number of it, but you can only pick them up used. This will be easier than converting to 2 anyway.

if you need to pass emmissions in your area, have to stay obd2
