https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-rsx-dc5-honda-civic-ep3-32/ep3-dc5-suspension-tuning-basics-faqs-told-mustclime-2639666/
gives you some of the names of some companies and a lot you need to know about suspension.

& Look at charleso's thread on the raceland coilovers.

ok so i've done more research and it comes down to either the d2, buddy club n+ or b&n. Now I can not decide which one to take. Im not worried to much about price because i dont mind paying a little more if it will save me in the long run. Can you guys help me out with this one.

Thanks and i really appreciate it.

that's wierd; my upper bushings wore out on my n+ on my 08 si after almost a year of use, and buddy club was pretty quick and nice about sending me a new set. they didn't ask for proof of purchase or anything, they only needed a pic of the coilovers for proof that i actually had them in my possession. i was dissapointed that the bushings wore out as quick as they did, but the customer service was top notch

If you want upgraded dampers, a nice lowered ride, and decent comfort at lowered hieghts go with the tiens' basics. You can get all 4 for around 900 bucks shipped brand new. That's what I'm planning on next year. I don't know why I bought lowering springs. x_X dumb.

I pretty much made up my mind about the buddy clubs, Ive been reading reviews for days and it was all good stuff. The only bad thing I have read was the reply on this thread which doesnt bother me because no matter what coilovers you choose, there is going to be a couple of people that have had bad experiences with the it and beleive me when I say that because I think I looked into every company coilover for my car.

sure no problem

I know this might be a stupid question but do coilovers need to settle like when you have springs and shocks?
